We’ve tested Ovada Deep Winter Tights on sub-zero morning rides in Iceland and they certainly lived up to the challenge. The tights have excellent insulating properties throughout, also keeping any rain, road spray and even snow from penetrating to the legs or backside. The choice of the Ovada Tights’ fabrics form the cornerstone for why the Tights work so well even in below zero temperatures. By using a mix of Italian ThermoRoubiax, Swiss thick sub-zero laminated fabric, Swiss perforated heavyweight fabric, and Austrian water- and wind-resistant reflective material means that the Ovada Tights can cover all cold weather needs from insulation, to wind and rain protection, to low-light reflection. The NanoSphere®, the nanotech-based finishing technology allows dirt and water to run off the surface of the textiles.
