We are celebrating every step of the way of the 2015 Tour de France, from Utrecht to the Champs-ElysΓ©es, with stories both current and historical to accompany each stage, in the inimitable Rouleur style.
Starting in Holland, host to the Grand DΓ©part on four previous occasions, before heading for French soil, Rouleurβs photographers and writers have completed their very own anti-clockwise lap of the country to assemble a memorable edition of the magazine.
Featuring Alberto Contador, Bernard ThΓ©venet, Mavic neutral service, Lotto-Soudal and Ridley, Alexander Kristoff and Team Katusha on the cobbles and the longest time trial in the raceβs history β a mind-boggling 139km in 1947β¦
Our finest photographers β Pauline Ballet, Paolo Ciaberta, Gerard Brown and Jakob Kristian SΓΈrensen β visit the iconic climbs of the Alps and Pyrenees, alongside the stunning switchbacks of new climb Lacets de Montvernier on stage 18, the much-anticipated cobbled sectors of stage 4 and the legendary Mur de Huy from stage 3.
Fittingly, we end our journey where stage 21 begins, at the Tour de France trophy makers in Sèvres, before a headlong dash to Paris and a celebratory glass of champagne.
